TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order through our site, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale and warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You legally own a shop/ company
  • You are buying on behalf of a company/organization with their consent to do so

Contract:

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received and accept your order.

Payment and order transactions:

Wholesale orders placed at Loungers are accepted online, from available stock, or by request in writing. Our invoice is the buying contract which will be sent to you via email.

  • Payment for Stock and pre-orders must be made at the time the order is placed
  • Pre-season orders placed at Loungers are made-to-order approximately 4 months ahead of delivery. They are subject to a 25% commitment amount of the order value due within 7 days after the order confirmation. The balance is due before delivery. Without the commitment payment the order will be cancelled automatically. Any paid commitments/ deposit payments are non-refundable and the order will be automatically cancelled if balance is not paid on due date.

The price of each product is stated under each individual item and is for a single item only. This price does not include VAT & delivery costs. These will be added to the total amount

Minimums

All orders are subject to the following minimum order requirements (calculated before VAT and shipping costs)

  • Stock and pre- orders £150
  • Pre-season £500

 Shipping

  • Standard shipping in the UK is subject to the following charges:-

Cost of goods £150 - £250    £10

                        £251 - £500    £25

                        £501 - £800    £55

First class and express delivery can be arranged, please email wholesale@loungersclothing.com for supplementary charges

  • Shipping worldwide is welcome by prior agreement, all enquiries must be addressed to wholesale@loungersclothing.com

All export and import documentation, licenses, duties, taxes or other obligations or costs relating to the delivery of the Goods shall be the Buyer’s responsibility

Imagery, Copy, and In-House Prints

  • Everything on our website including all imagery & content copy are the property of LoungersClothing Ltd.  You may not copy or reproduce any of this content without permission from our sales team.  You may request our full catalogue of imagery to be used for your business, website, social media etc.
  • All designs and in-house prints are the property of LoungersClothing Ltd.  Our in house prints may not be used, replicated, or reproduced without our permission. All relevant brand names must be used, unless explicitly permitted by us in advance.

Returns and exchanges

We have a 7 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wholesale@loungersclothing.com we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Amendments

These terms and conditions may be amended or replaced from time to time by Loungers. Any order placed after such amendment is made will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
